We wish to inform the General Public and every organization in the entertainment industry within and outside Edo State that the Management/Organizers of Miss Okpella Beauty Pageant Nigeria (MOBPN) has with immediate effect remove and dethrone Miss Rakiya Usman, as the crowned Queen (MISS CULTURE) for the MOBPN 2022/2024 2. Kindly note that this decision was keenly deliberated and taken due to her unwillingness to uphold our value, standard and disregard for the Office of Miss Culture. 3. In the light of the foregoing and having made appropriate consultation with relevant stakeholders, the decision was reached and so resolved to safeguard the prestige, sanctity, cultural/moral values upon which MOBPN put its existence and activities. 4.
